FAQs
You must bring grip socks and a sweat towel to class. We’re an environmentally-conscious studio and don’t provide plastic cups, so bring your own water bottle too.
First time coming to STRONG? Give yourself enough time to find parking and arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before class so we can show you around the studio and introduce you to your instructor.
Been before? Arrive five minutes before class so you have time to grab your spot. If you’re late, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
Our classes are 45 minutes on either our Rowformer or Bikeformer which includes light and heavy resistance strength work for a full-body, STRONG workout. We blend Pilates-inspired resistance training with cardio and strength training to work your upper body, back, legs, glutes, obliques, and abs.
Our Rowformer and Bikeformer are the first machines to combine resistance training with cardio, and we layer in heavy weights. Our classes combine strong controlled movements and busts of fast movements. It’s also low impact so it’s one of the safest and most efficient ways to train.
Our programming is designed where you could attend each day however three classes a week is the minimum goal we’d suggest to get the most benefits of the STRONG workout. Our classes leave little to no impacts on the joints so you can come as often as you like. But every body is different and it’s important to do what feels good for your body.
